General Terms and Conditions.

1. On attending the Cirlesque Ball, our security staff will refuse entry if:

A valid ticket is not presented

A fake ticket is presented

The ticket holder is considered to be excessively intoxicated by alcohol

The ticket holder is suspected to be under the influence of illegal drugs

2. During the Cirlesque Ball, our security staff have the right to revoke entry if:

A person becomes abusive or is excessively under the influence of alcohol

A person is found to be administering or distributing illegal drugs

3. The Cirlesque Ball has Adult Themes. You must be over the age of 18 to attend.

Ticket Terms and conditions

Lost or stolen tickets:
We endeavor to deliver tickets in 7 to 10 working days in accordance with New Zealand Post guidelines. If you have not received your tickets after this time, please contact us via email. Tickets sent by normal mail cannot be traced and no responsibility will be taken for tickets sent by these methods. To safeguard your tickets, you may choose to select Email or Venue Pickup options available.

You will be emailed when the tickets have been posted. Please notify us if you have not received your tickets within 7 working days.

Order Confirmation:
If you do not receive a confirmation of purchase email after submitting payment information, or if you experience any service interruptions after submitting your purchase, it is your responsibility to confirm with us whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. We will not be responsible for any losses monetary or otherwise.

Billing information verification:
Orders are only processed only after a billing address, and other billing information has been verified. Occasionally we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that can delay processing and delivery. In these cases, we will attempt to contact you, using the information that was provided at the time of purchase. If we are unable to reach you after its initial attempt, we may cancel your order and may sell your tickets to another customer.

Venue Pick up:
Tickets delivered through venue pick up are typically available one hour prior to the event start time. You will need to present photo identification. Only after seeing photo identification will we supply the tickets.

Postal Delivery:
If you chose to have your tickets posted out to you, we will require a current delivery address.

Ejection; No redemption value:
Event providers reserve the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or remove any person whose conduct management deems disorderly, who uses abusive language or who fails to comply with event providers rules. Breach of terms will terminate your license to attend the event without refund.

Cancellation policy

There will be NO REFUNDS.
Purchasers are entitled to onsell their tickets online.
